How to request payment by invoice
ConvertAPI offers payment by invoice exclusively for Business and Enterprise Yearly plans. This feature allows businesses to receive an invoice directly for payment, bypassing the online checkout process. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all invoicing transactions, providing secure and compliant billing services. You can access Paddle's detailed Procurement Information Sheet here.
Fill Out Your Company Information
To expedite the invoicing process, fill in your company’s billing details on the ConvertAPI billing page: Company Billing Information Form.
Include your company name, billing address, tax identification number (if applicable), and any additional details required for invoicing.
Contact Our Support Team
Once your billing details are complete, contact ConvertAPI Support at support@convertapi.com or chat.
In your message, specify the Plan Type (either Business or Enterprise Yearly plan) and include any other relevant details.
Receive and Review Your Invoice
Our team, in collaboration with Paddle, will process your request and send an invoice to the provided billing details.
Review the invoice to ensure accuracy. If corrections are needed, please contact us before completing payment.
Complete Payment
Follow the instructions on the invoice to complete your payment.
Once payment is confirmed, your Business or Enterprise Yearly plan will be activated or renewed.
Processing Time: Allow some time for our team and Paddle to process your invoice request.
