What are overage conversions?

From time to time, you may encounter overage conversions. In this article, we will explain what it is and how it is accounted for.

Overage conversions

Overage conversions will only apply when you have an active subscription plan. If you cancel your subscription or pay for our service by wire transfer, overage conversions won't apply.

"Overage conversions" refers to the situation where you use more conversions than what was initially included in a purchased plan. It allows you to continue using our service without interruptions, even if you run out of your purchased conversions. You will receive email notifications when your consumption reaches 50%, 75%, and 90% before the overage consumption starts so you can manage your usage and plans properly.

If you consumed more conversions than your plan total, you will receive two invoices at the end of your billing period - one for the standard subscription plan and the other one for overage conversions. If you constantly face overage conversions, you may want to consider upgrading your plan!

Overage conversions lead to additional charges or fees. If you constantly face overage consumption, you might want to upgrade your plan and stay within your allocated limits.
