Why I don't receive a password recovery email?

1. Expired Trial Account
If you had a free trial account, it might have expired and been deleted.
Key details:
- Trial accounts expire after 30 days.
- They are permanently removed from our system 60 days after creation unless a paid plan is purchased.
2. Incorrect Email Address
- If you have a paid account but still don’t receive the recovery email, it’s possible you entered the wrong email address.
- Customers often forget which email address they used during sign-up.
